My room is furnished well, had everything I needed and seemed clean. I couldn’t find anyone in the office when I went to check out, and had hoped to let them know about the toilet which had a serious issue: it moved 1/4 to 1/2 inches every time I sat on it or got up. My room was supposed to be non-smoking, but I could clearly smell smoke, and there was a cigarette burn on the floor in the bathroom.

For being non-smoking and having to sign an additional form, my room stunk of stale smoke. Then multiple times where fresh smoke was coming through vents which was not great for someone with asthma. This aside, the staff was very friendly, hotel was easy to find, check-in was easy, etc. I just wish I didn't feel like I stayed in a dirty ashtray and it would have received all perfect scores from me for the value.

Our stay went great, the staff (Kendall) was so helpful & nice. The room was clean and comfortable . The only thing that could use improving is to have more shampoo in the room other than that everything was great
