Big roach but accommodating We had roaches in our room in the second floor. However, hotel staff was very pleasing and accommodating. They switched us into another, larger suite after allowing us to choose from any non-vacant room. Other than that, room was very clean. Hotel is about a 10 minute drive to a couple of shopping centers to include Target, Wegmans, and Walmart. Less than 20 minutes to Baltimore.
so nice people is so kind and lovely. if i have to stay another day, i will stay here. the room is so clean. but they have ONLY TWO SOAP. if you guys stay here BRING your SAMPOO, BODY SAMPOO!!!!!!!!

met all my needs The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the location was perfect for my needs. I would stay here again!
no hangers or stand to set my suitcase on The hotel was good, but when they don't have any hangars in the closet, nor a stand to set your suitcase on, it's rather inconvenient. There was no little bottle of shampoo either. Oh, almost forgot, the fitness room seemed to be neglected, until I used it one day and found all the batteries discharged for the TV remote and the eliptical trainer. They were fine the next day.
Some good things, some bad Things I liked about my stay at Extended Stay America - Columbia - Gateway Drive: - the garden area outside was very well kept and welcoming; - the reception staff were friendly and helpful; - the room was generously sized, clean and well-furinished; - free WiFi in the room worked well, if a little slow; - it is in a quiet location and I didn't have any problems with noise on any of the 3 nights of my stay. Clean, safe, basic, good staff Stayed here while visiting family. Room was rather basic, no frills, but comfortable and clean.
