Uncontrolled party next door. My room was a no smoking room, and seemed ok when I checked in. the front desk had briefed me that the front desk was not 24/7 and rattled off a number to call after hours. Since I had my backpack in one hand, and suitcase in the other, and no paper at hand, that was not useful information. turned out it might have been useful. This hotel conveniently close to son's home. The staff were very friendly when we checked in late that night; even gave extension to call if we needed anything. However, once we got in and settled there was no working phone to connect us to the office. The girls in the room that joined at head of our bed were very loud and partied til the wee hours. Basic efficiency This is a basic efficiency with kitchenette, in a corporate complex. Spartan but very convenient when visiting businesses in Columbia. The building itself is a bit grim but suited to the purpose. No restaurant or pool, but it has a fitness room with machines. One outside door had a broken latch. They charge a one-time-per-stay fee for WiFi.

Ok for extended stay Room was clean staff friendly everything worked. House keeping is once a week which is standard for these types of hotels. Nothing walking distance but just about everything for stores to restaurants within 1 to 2 miles.
