Not awful Very do it yourself. Take out your own trash, get your own fresh towels. Front desk is very helpful in getting things you need like plates or drain plug which they keep behind the counter, but you have to specifically ask for each little thing. Upgrade to the bigger room for sure, as it is much more spacious than the single bed room.

Better front desk service a must I loved my room. The check-in was very negative, though. The associate did not make eye contact, even though he was not busy at the time and proceeded to inform me 'there is no breakfast' as soon as I paid, instead of saying something positive. Kinda bummed me, plus the pool was not available, which was a big part of why I wanted to stay there. :(

Extended Stay America - Good Good location for restaurants, therefore I didn't have to drive anywhere for food. The service at the front desk was good and the room was clean. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Great Long Term Housing Rooms are extremely comfortable. Plenty of room to move around. Quiet and safe area with lots of outdoor areas to enjoy. Clean hotel and well cared for. Only issue was disgruntled front desk staff on check in and the pool never did open, even after Memorial Day.
