Our room was nice and very spacious. Our only complaint was there was no ice machine. I know that seems minor, but traveling with 3 young grandchildren, we really wanted to be able to get ice for drinks.

Pros:Nice hotel, close to my work location, very spacious room. Cons: 1) There was no cutlery in the kitchen, I was told that I need to carry it from lobby to my room, a big box containing pots and pans had to be taken by my to 3rd floor, so basically no room service. 2) My bed squeaked, was horrible, could not sleep both the nights I was there. 3) Corridors smelled of smoke while the facility put labels that it was smoke free facility. 4) Breakfast was namesake, like doughnuts, I did not bother to go. 5) Trash in parking lo... read more

The place was amazing however they did over charge me after I pointed out their error. They did refund the money but it would have been nice to have some other kind of compensation since this error was pointed out before I checked in to 2 different employees.
