Great place to stay. The hotel could use a little modernizing (no ice machine, a carpet steamer, some gaskets on the bathroom sink and tub knobs so they won't leak a little), and the desk clerk may have been having a bad day. But the room was very comfortable and the location is great and everybody in the hallways (some live there) was very friendly. The location was convenient for me, and the Extended Stay America staff were helpful and friendly.

Self service required. The hidabed wasn't made. The sheet set given to me to make it was the wrong size. I had to call the front desk then walk down to get the sheets and blanket. They didn't give us a pillow for that bed.
