I was greeted by a friendly clerk. I got to my first room and couldn't stream to the TV. I was given another room only to have the same problem i guess you have to pay extra for that? The room didn't seem as clean as the other one. And in the morning saw little bugs in the bathroom as i was brushing my teeth. Just a couple but ugh! But the rooms are very quiet!

loved the size of the room, great for the whole family. We were not tripping over each other. The elevators were a slight dislike, one was very slow moving; door would open and close several times before moving and the other one felt like you were going to drop when you got to the top floor.

Great place to stay. The hotel could use a little modernizing (no ice machine, a carpet steamer, some gaskets on the bathroom sink and tub knobs so they won't leak a little), and the desk clerk may have been having a bad day. But the room was very comfortable and the location is great and everybody in the hallways (some live there) was very friendly.
