Deplorable, Horrible, not fit for an animal. Hotel staff are incompetent. They lie and say they ran out of rooms. Our first day they gave us a room with broken AC. When I informed one of the staff she said she would go get maintenance and never came back. It wasn't until my husband came down and insisted on speaking with the general manager. Then all of a sudden they had about 5 more rooms available to choose from. All but one had working AC. Staff are very sketchy. Also, they say they're facilities are non smoking which is ... read more

Unhappy We stayed here when it was Homestead House and we had a wonderful stay, so that is why we stayed at this property, unknown to me it had been sold. This time we had to pay $25 a night for our small family pet, which I thought was unreasonable. There were no trash containers outside close enough for the general rooms to use without walking to the very end of the building, therefore there was trash in the parking area. Toilet was already clogged, hopefully sheets were changed because otherwise it seemed like not a lot has been cleaned there after each visitor.
