Very helpful and friendly staff Unfortunately we encountered very adverse weather conditions (closed roads) on our drive in from Las Vegas. We ultimately arrived at the hotel at 4:30 in the morning. The gal at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly considering the time. Swiftly got us checked in so that we could finally get some sleep. We wound up extended our stay 3 additional nights and the staff was very helpful at each extension. My only complaint is that they need to do is some remodeling on the shower (mold... read more
