The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the room and building itself were not in great shape. I was a solo female traveler, and I did not feel safe. I asked to not be on the first floor out of safety and the first room I checked into did not have a lock on the door, so I had to ask to get a new room. The first room also smelt like smoke. Stuff were nice, room is fine, there were some stuff they should fix like hole on bathroom door?!? I guess no one care then wont be a problem… kind pricy for what we paid but nothing seems cheaper in Denver, so…

Needs some TLC A coffee pot or tea pot and coffee cups would have been nice. No hair dryer. Kind of shabby.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They called once we were in the room to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I needed a hair dryer and the staff found one for me.
