Great Hotel, hotels.com need work Hotel was great and so was the service. It was hotels.com that gave me a bad night checking in. After arriving at 1am after a flight delayed by several hours I couldn't check in because hotels.com never sent my paid booking info to the hotel. Called hotels.com and they recommended that I pay the hotel (again) until the issue could be resolved??? Hotel manager and Katey were kind enough to get me in a room though after that long night. Dirty I needed a place to stay for the night since we didn't have water in our house for a 24 hour period. This was close by and the price was within what I wanted to pay for a one night stay in my own city. Unfortunately, it smelled of stale smoke (or neighboring room smoking?) and was very dirty. Would not recommend even for one night.
