Check in took forever called ahead and they still didn’t know what was going on

If you need a no-frills bed for one night, it’s fine. Let me preface the rest by stating that my criticisms are probably pretty trivial. Staff was not very friendly, no hair dryer in the room, not super clean, parking is inadequate. Overall, pretty middle-of-the-road. For the price, I’ve stayed in much better.

No cups or glasses in the room. I know that this is an economy property, but a glass is not an extravagance.

Dirty I needed a place to stay for the night since we didn't have water in our house for a 24 hour period. This was close by and the price was within what I wanted to pay for a one night stay in my own city. Unfortunately, it smelled of stale smoke (or neighboring room smoking?) and was very dirty. Would not recommend even for one night.
