Staff were all so cheerful, supportive, accommodating, and helpful . Dalia, Christina, Alena, and Katie. Jesse gave me a free room upgrade, too, which I appreciated. I’ll tell my friends and look to stay at other extendedStay America locations when I travel.

The room was ok. Our towels were either stained or had not been changed ( makeup residue, black marks on towels, etc.), the liquid shampoo was half empty and open. The faucet in the shower dripped constantly and had mildew at the edge of the faucet and at the drain.

Great staff! Room needed help The staff was nice and helpful. Check-in was easy. The room had an odor that I ended buying bleach wipes and Lysol spray to get rid of the smell.

Room was near busy street, so there was road noise all night.

We had a nice place which was nicely remodeled and relatively quiet considering the busy location. The staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever requests we had. When everything else in the area was quiet expensive, it gave us a reasonable alternative.
