Hopeful for the Hotel My first impression was meeting the front desk staff member who did not know much about customer service--not friendly in any way, shape, or form. I thought, "Perhaps she is just having a bad day--we all have those." Well, when I had to return 2 days later to inform her that my room smelled of smoke (all the rooms are non-smoking), she had the same non-concerned attitude. Close to Cherry Creek. Easy to get to, close to central Denver and a variety of attractions. Exterior and landscaping need sprucing up. Interior good.

clean rooms neighbors in complex are a bit sketchy. This is not a 5 star hotel. But room clean. breakfast is a joke; coffee and energy bars. Don't bother. overall; good value for price.

Not clean Room was dirty. Sheets , microwave, fridge, and carpet. Waited an hour and a half for someone to make it right
