EXTENDED STAY AMERICA DENVER LAKEWOOD We were very impressed for the price and the great location to Bandimere Speedway. We went to our room and airconditioning unit was not working we called front desk and even though they were full Amber put us in another room within minutes of our arrival! Great price, friendly, extremely helpful staff, and close to our entertainment we were very happy with this hotel.

Receiving phone calls My mother tried to call me in the morning to ensure I was awake for the interview. When she reached the front desk she could not remember the room number. The agent looked for my name and said I was not a guest. My mother made several attempts but they insisted I was not staying there. This frustrated my mother and me and was very unprofessional of the hotel staff. No assistance was provided

ESA The air conditioning was broken the first night that I stayed there so I didn't get any sleep. They did give me a new one so it was working the raminder of the stay.

Lakewood's Comfort Spot Surroundings were nice and easy access to main highways, lots of road construction on Hwy 285, caused slow travel east towards main Interstate I25. The room could use an easy chair on one side of the bed, and it did have room for it. The occupants on a no smoking level were smoking outside of there rooms and it made it next to impossible to enjoy the mountain air with the views. which by the way were beautiful. Friendly Staff, very helpful. I knew what to expect from this hotel as I have stayed there before. It is clean, friendly and right next to a main street that takes you to shopping, etc. If you are looking for no frills except for a full kitchen then this is your place.

Extended Stay America in Denver Lakewood South The room was clean and neat..the bed was kinda too hard but it was alright. I liked having a kitchen area to cook and a refrig! It would be nice to have extra shampoos though!

A descent hotel for the price..You get what you paid for... Hotel was decent..I exspected a little more because most of the Extended Stay Hotels are very nice.
