good place for a night away very nice staff, good location, room has fridge, stove and microwave which was very convenient. i would recommend this hotel to others

extended stay America -denver/south Lakewood The front office staff was WONDERFUL. The room was nice and cozy at first glance BUT then we realized we had NO toilet paper or soap (except for dish soap) and none of the trash cans had been emptied. The one under the sink was overflowing! Hmmmm....makes you wonder what else was not cleaned properly if at all

DENVER KITCHEN WAS CLEAN ..BEDROOM WAS CLEAN. BATHROOM HAD DIRT AND HAIR ON THE FLOOR. BATHTUB WAS CLEAN. LAUNDRY ROOM FLOOR HAD NOT BEEN SWEPT IN SOME TIME. CHECK IN STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT.

Good value for money. Room and staff were good. Nice to have a kitchenette at this price. Comfortable bed. Exterior of hotel leaves a bit to be desired-- the breezeway/ outside elevator area a bit grubby (stained concrete area/ s bit of trash in elevator)...so they should put some attention there--- but the room was just what I needed. Nothing fancy but more than adequate.
