close to banidmere but not customer friendly When i checked in at 2pm, i was told that i wouldnt have access to my room for at least an hour, since they were full the night before and house keeping wasnt finished. So i went to the races and came back at 8:30 pm, to find that my room still wasnt done. The clerk was short and didnt apologize for the situation or anything. Not a Non-Smoking Room While the motel room was adequately maintained, there were signs of abnormal wear and tear in spots. The bedspread had what appeared to be a burn hole in it. In addition, we had requested a non-smoking room, and while the room we got did not have any ashtrays in it, there had most certainly been smokers in habiting the room. Decent for the price Convenient to Southwest Denver metro area and major arteries. No frills, but decent for the price of the room. Surprisingly quiet, good neighborhood. Nice to have refrigerator and cooking appliances in the room. Location looks and feels safe, staff are friendly and helpful.

ESA Denver Lakewood South Great service--they even treat their staff really well. Really exceptionally quite and nice rooms.

Denver Stay The hotel staff desk clerk was very, very helpful and she made us feel very welcome and comfortable during our stay. The room was clean and spacious for the fee charged. The location was very convenient to the interstate and good places to eat. I will be staying at other extended stays if this is the norm.

friendly and convenient overall very impressed with the hotel. Front desk and management were wonderful and patient!
