DENVER KITCHEN WAS CLEAN ..BEDROOM WAS CLEAN. BATHROOM HAD DIRT AND HAIR ON THE FLOOR. BATHTUB WAS CLEAN. LAUNDRY ROOM FLOOR HAD NOT BEEN SWEPT IN SOME TIME. CHECK IN STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT.
Good value for money. Room and staff were good. Nice to have a kitchenette at this price. Comfortable bed. Exterior of hotel leaves a bit to be desired-- the breezeway/ outside elevator area a bit grubby (stained concrete area/ s bit of trash in elevator)...so they should put some attention there--- but the room was just what I needed. Nothing fancy but more than adequate.
Homestead DTC North Staff was amazing, very pleasant and very helpful. We will be staying long here!!!! Room is clean, Hotel is clean...very impressed all around, especially with front desk personal! Thank you very much!
Hotel was nice, Staff was friendly. However Very NOISY and A/C did NOT work during the middle of the night. Easy access to freeway, and shopping....
