Great for the Money in Denver. Very convienent location to mostly everything. It was quite and the room and staff were great.

Great place if you are not looking for any frills! This is a great place if you are not looking for ll the extra frills. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. I stay hear when I have to work late and do not feel like driving home. People need to set their expectations a little lower when they are paying such a cheap price. This hotel is not full of a ton of amenities which is fine by me.

close to banidmere but not customer friendly When i checked in at 2pm, i was told that i wouldnt have access to my room for at least an hour, since they were full the night before and house keeping wasnt finished. So i went to the races and came back at 8:30 pm, to find that my room still wasnt done. The clerk was short and didnt apologize for the situation or anything. I finally did get into my room at 10pm at night and noticed the floor of the bathroom still had hair on it and the tub wasnt clean either. The management nee... read more

Not a Non-Smoking Room While the motel room was adequately maintained, there were signs of abnormal wear and tear in spots. The bedspread had what appeared to be a burn hole in it. In addition, we had requested a non-smoking room, and while the room we got did not have any ashtrays in it, there had most certainly been smokers in habiting the room. Decent for the price Convenient to Southwest Denver metro area and major arteries. No frills, but decent for the price of the room. Surprisingly quiet, good neighborhood. Nice to have refrigerator and cooking appliances in the room. Location looks and feels safe, staff are friendly and helpful.
