I am sorry that in order to get towels or anything, you have to go to the front desk and you also have to pay at check in by credit card only. That was a little ridiculous.

Thanks They are great here for late night arrivals. Generous with acceptance of check in times with early early morning check ins. A bit pricey honestly.
