Great hotel easily accessed from anywhere! The staff did everything they could to ensure I was comfortable during my two week stay. I had lots of issues they had to fix, and they fixed EVERY SINGLE ONE WITH A SMILE ON THEIR FACES, NO MATTER HOW UPSET I GOT. They actually changed my mind about using their hotel chain!

Want my Rewards back Dirty room, no towels, shower n tub stopped up, holes in sheets and pillow cases, no hot water in bathroom sink, and that was the second room they moved me to.
