Hotel was okay close to what I was doing. The front desk is over worked. You go to the front desk for every thing. If you need ash trays for a smoking room ,more towels, more pillows,more soap .Glasses and kleenex not in the room. The property is run down. Carpets need shampoed. Needs a update. Water pressure low in shower.

Nothing fancy. Decent condition. Quiet. Grab and go a bit light for volume of guests = hurry in for some selection.

Lost customer, poor service and quality My family's stay was horrible from the beginning. We made last minute reservations and paid through Hotels.com. Were told the room paid for was not available. Were given a smaller room for the night, first the key didn't work, then we found the room was dirty. Were given an even smaller room. Woke up to speak to Chris the desk manager who was so rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. He had no interest in making things right, only the "policy", which was code for "I don't care."
