Much improvement needed.. 1. No pool at this property as advertised and THE MAIN reason I chose this property. 2. Room had horrible, stale cigarette smell, I had to buy cleaning products to be able to stay 3. Stove in room was not working, reported it to 3 different staff members. On day 4 of 4 we finally got moved to a different room, then the microwave did not work.

We got dirty ugly states from management and staff everyday just walking too and from our room everyday, on the last day we tried paying for our room and they kept telling me that my card was declined and it wasn't paid for and locked us out of our room, I called my card the next morning and it did actually get charged that night, when staff came to the room while we were packing they

Just because it’s a nice neighborhood doesn’t mean Room was nasty, kitchen sink had some black mess in it. I was scared to take a shower or use the sink. Room and sheets had a weird smell to it. Carpet had stains, and it was just a mess.

We were asled several.times if we had drugs ! Gjere was always loud banging around 230-330 am every night! The fore alarm went off every week in-between 2-5AM and for reasons we werent given by staff ! Staff kept my mail from me and wouldnt give me it! Very unprofessional place !
