Terrible This was a family trip and kids wanted a outdoor pool. The pool hadnt been touched all summer, leaves collecting at the bottom. The tub in the bath tub looked like a mop bucket was emptied and never cleaned out. We had no bedding for the pull out couch. The mattress was torn and stained. When we asked for bedding we were given a sheet. We asked a 2nd night and was told "people steal the blankets and they have no extra bedding." They were overbooked so I didn’t get to stay there. After they told me they had no rooms I had to rush to find another place, and they still tried to charge my card for the stay hours later. I was definitely annoyed

Nope Was supposed to have cooking supplies, etc. wasn’t available, out of toilet paper. Keys kept deactivating. People live in there and it stinks. Pot smokers, just terrible.

Mad They said they had rooms available, and I drove an hour to get there for them to tell me they were over booked. Charged for the room and didn’t even get to stay in it! Hotels.com has consistently screwing with me

This property was not clean at all. The front desk staff was extremely disorganized but tried to be friendly. 3 of the 4 people our party dealt with said it was their 1st day. One of our groups wasn’t able to get their room until after midnight. Most disappointing was the cleanliness of the room, I pulled chairs out from the kitchen “bar” and they were very dusty and had food particles on them. Not worth the time, effort or money Nothing was ready. Check-in took more than 3 hours and was still incomplete and inaccurate when we returned 7 hours later. Bill was wrong. Reservation was wrong and all employees were recent hires with zero experience. Rooms were filthy. We do not recommend this hotel.

Extended Stay Should Extend an Apology! Hotel overbooked and would not honor our reservation. Asked for assistance in canceling our reservation and was not helped or provided receipt of non service. Was denied room and still charged full amount. Desk manager then took her dog she had behind the counter for a walk and said I was out of luck. Her excuse was “We are a first come first serve establishment “?
