Could be much better We’ll staff for the most part were nice. However everyday it changed on anything from Staff to staff. Communication was pretty poor. Location is good. Pretty Smokey on the inside though.

room had a weird smell and bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. Very unprofessional because they stole from me. I was placed on the do not rent list after I quit this place a month back and had no clue. the new employees still checked me in and now I’m asking for a refund and out of spite I’m being ignored. The district manager, Peter, also bribed me in different ways to come back and work for him and when I turned him down, he got sour and mean in our emails. This place is foul and nothing works! ESA canceled Reservation & Kept $101.40 Learned upon arrival from front desk employee that reservation was canceled by Extended Stay because Hotels.com over booked. Was asked if I received a message. I did not. I asked for options from/by Extended Stay. Told none. Now waiting for refund of $101.40 charge despite the hotel's cancelation and left with nothing. They know how to take the reservation. They just don't know how to hold the reservation, and that's really the important part.

Room overbooked, Had to look elsewhere. Refund me. I was unable to stay in this location as it was overbooked even with my confirmation number and I had to find another hotel to stay the night in. Please refund this charge as no services were provided.

Disappointing Stay My wife and I stayed at this Extended Stay a few weekends ago when we were in town for a wedding and while the staff was friendly, the accommodations were not what we had expected based on the 7.8 rating it had and how high the price was. The room was very outdated and there were various issues with both the facilities and the room. Upon checking in we were told the elevator didn't work so we'd need to take the stairs. The elevator was broken. The door to my room was broken so you had to forcefully shove it to open every time. The pool was closed. The laundry payment system was broken. I asked for a late check out the night before I was leaving but the staff didn’t communicate that to the morning staff so there was a lot of confusion. Then I was told there was a fee for late check out but the staff didn’t communicate that when I originally asked for it. Disappointing There was someone in the first room we were given. The second room was flooding from the broken fridge. We had to ask to be moved to a 3rd room.

Beware This facility gave away our paid room last minute and left me and my family stranded in the middle of the night. Not willing to accommodate at all. Do not recommend
