Not a good stay... I would say i made a wrong choice by choosing this hotel to stay with the family. The room was not clean. I was asked to go to a different room on day2 and it was not good/clean. There were ants inside the room. The service was poor. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Dirty and not disinfected. Crumbs on floor. Smelt like wet cloth from when you use a dirty rag to clean everything. Stuff in the sink. And a few ice cubes left in the tray. These are signs at check in that they dont care about cleaning. Nice hotel just not that clean by them being careless.

The check in process was horrible they made me check in online even though I was standing at the front desk to get the best price available. The property was incredibly dirty it was the worst room I’ve been in ever. Everything was so rundown and filthy I actually left after 10 minutes. I would like a refund.

The room overall was great. Although I do t like that the staff allowed an unwanted person that had no room or connection to the hotel to come to my room at 2 in the morning and disturb my stay. Information given to non guest about the guest I felt was not only rude and invasive, but totally unprofessional. Was very disappointed in the privacy department and amenities.

A guest across the hall was attacked around 11:00pm. The screams we’re blood curdling. Police became involved. I removed my children from the facility (they were terrified). I’ll never forget that sound and neither will they. The facilities were in renovation and disgusting and stank like pot. The staff was also horrified, but were very kind. The manager (who was very professional and apologetic) offered to provide 2 free nights.
