Remodeling Normally, I never write reviews. However, I was not notified before staying they were remodeling. I was quite surprised when I walked in and I had hoped my room would be ok. This is a room for people staying for an extended time and would like to have that small apartment style stay. The kitchen did not have any utensils, plates, or cups. The remote to the TV did not have batteries. The bathroom did not have a trash bin. There were no extra pillows and no extra blankets. There wasn't even an offering for water bot... read more

So dirty Spider webs all over and stained sheets. No trashcan and holes in the wall.

Unfortunate stay,very disappointing. Floor in the unit was atrocious, extremely filthy. Pubic hair on the mattress, and a huge stain on the mattress.

I will never book a hotel through this company. We requested a smoking (420) room, pet friendly, it wasn't . When we walked in the room, the cigarette smell was so strong it burned our eyes and noses. It hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. There wasn't even a bedspread or blanket (that cost extra)on the bed. EVERYTHING cost extra. The diverter on the a/c was broken, so it blew up the curtains all night and we burned up. Never Again Room was......ok.....for one night. I wish the carpet didn't have so many brown stains in it, though. Also, the kitchen was so-so, the bed was uncomfortable, and the TV remote was nasty!

Room 101. Huge stain by the bed on the floor. Remote control was sticky. Bathroom tile on the floor in the bathroom was dirty all around. Stain on the bed sheet. No shuttle. Wouldn't refer this place to anyone. With no rooms in the area due to blizzard, had no choice but to stay.

Not what you expect. The carpet was not clean. The windows leaked cold air and had to turn the heat up to stay warm. The sofa bed was very hard to pull out and there were no sheets or pillows for it in the room. there wasn't even a Bible in the room. No guide for the TV. No coffee in the room either. No shuttle service. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Not worth for money - worst It is worst. House keeping will be done weekly. $10 extra charges on house keeping request. Room is small. Bed and comfort ok ok. Kitchen also small. Kiten items, bowls and cups really bad. Overall not worth for money.
