Disgusting hotel! Room was disgusting, outdated & stinky! Floors had black and red stained spots on them. Needed updating BADLY. However... Front desk girl (first night we arrived) was AWESOME!!! Very friendly & helpful! She was definitely great, but we will never stay here again. Our across the hall neighbors were loud & arguing in the hall with THEIR next door neighbor on the last night of our stay.

What horrable night we had When got in the room there was no tv remote took them 30 min to find one. There was only 3 pillows on the bed 2 down pillows which we don't like to sleep with then a very flat one. We had to go find a trash can there was only one. This was the worst stay we had there we ended leaving in the middle of the night I couldn't sleep with the pillows we had. We did ask for more but they didn't have any.

Ugh. Don't stay here Room was dirty as in not ready. After an hour went to room to find a broken window that could not be closed and anyone could walk thru from outside. The place is a smoke-filled dump. Left because of safety concerns

You get what you pay for.. The only good thing about this place is the staff. First, I found a potato in the dresser that was in there for some time, not very clean, people smoking pot, a shortage of parking due to construction companies and people parking and going to their job across the street. And to top it all off 1800.00 of damage to my car from vandalism, out of state I'm assuming and hotel does nothing. What a mistake this was. I was holding off on this until I heard from main office, no response..

Over booked I called the hotel prior to taking a cab from Denver International Airport and the lady at the front desk spoke little English. She failed to notify me that even though I had made reservations through hotels.com they would not be honored and that they did not have any vacancy. 25 minutes and $80.00 later I arrive to the hotel via cab at 1:30 a.m. to be told there were no rooms and sorry. I had to wait out in 30 degree weather and snow.

Dont do it!!!! This was the worst room I've ever stayed in. I booked and received a "non smoking room" but almost fell over as I walked into my room. I went to ask the hotel staff if there was a mistake, to which they said "no, that is a non smoking room". I asked to be moved into another room, but they were unable to accommodate me. The couch was filthy, somehow they managed to get Archie Bunker's chair into my room and the carpet had burn holes. my trip no one was working the front deck upon our arrivel, the only person that we saw was the night landary lady that could not speak very good English. and all that she could tell us is that the hotel was full. Nobody was there to check our reservation or anything, after a $65.00 taxi ride just to get to the hotel.

should have stayed elsewhere I worked a long day and had to be up early for work the next day, so I decided to get a hotel that was close to work. Lady at the front counter was unfriendly and acted bothered by my arrival. The room was dirty, especially the carpet. The price was ok, but when I realized that they did not provide shampoo I was quite upset as I had to be at work.

Unpleasantly surprised The staff at this motel rank among the worst at customer service that I have ever encountered. Not interested in solving issues at all. I mistakenly booked my stay to end a night early and your agent simply said"sorry, I need the room". No empathy there, no sign of anything but I am too bust, sorry for your luck.
