Got bit by something on my back. Dont know if it was bed bugs or not. I wasn't impressed especially with housekeeping.

NIce Staff... Poor Hotel THe staff is very friendly and nice. Bathrooms are not clean..mold on ceiling. Towels and sheets discolored and frayed. YOU will not receive maid service unless you ask for it and that was never told to me upon checkin.... Room is spacious and nice size kitchen. Very close to I-25

unreal Sofa ripped, floors filthy with gum stuck on it , bed like a rock ... and to charge for wifi is ridiculous ... clean it up or u know it will not be an extended stay in the hotel business... doesn't anyone care about the condition of the place ... u need a gm at that location to right the ship ... also if this is your deluxe what must the regular hotel look like .. if tthe hotel business is some bored owner he needs a new hobby .. I stay all over the country and i'm in the service business.. one nite was to many

Very dirty hotel!!! I went to Denver on business for an entire week and thought this hotel would work out grea. It looked perfect online. I wasn't looking for the Hilton just a clean comfortable hotel with a decent bed. I would never go to this hotel again. After changing rooms because the first one was so dirty I wouldn't even sit down. Dog hair all over the place, totally gross. Rooms were extremely dirty -- they were beyond dirty. Not Well The objective was to stay in a low cost hotel for an extended period of time (12 straight nights). Unfortunately, the room was not very clean and it smelled of smoke (even though listed as non smoking). I previously stayed in a Hampton Inn and Hyatt. Both were much cleaner and the management staff was more responsive to needs/concerns. I am not one for complaining as I will check out early and move on. Extended Stay Denver After making the late check-in reservation allowance, we got a room with people's stuff still in it (unmade bed, dishes, food boxes). The late-night staff didn't have a list of unoccupied rooms so we went in search of one with the knock-knock hello method at 0225 in the morning. The shower didn't have any soap in it so I was glad I brought my own. I can't fault the late-night staffer, he was left with a situation that he had no reason to have to deal with. Sorry but I wouldn't stay here again This hotel has cheap hard beds, only two thin pillows and old thin comforters. The hallway smelled like smoke and the workout room was minimal. Hotel staff were were nice and the location was good but I would never stay here again. The laquinta across the street is much better.
