Extended Stay=Stay Way! Not a good experience from the start. Room was not what we were thinking; and then the staff charged us $10/night more for what we did book. Got to the room and it was in bad shape. Dirty, stained furniture/carpet, cracked tiles, etc. When discussed with manager in the morning, he eluded to it not being their problem "I hate [...], personally and professionally".
