I liked the kitchenette, but the carpet should be cleaned more often.

Unprofessional & Rude The first two rooms I was put in had toilets which did not flush. The third room, to which I moved at 4am finally had a working toilet. I was in town, along with several other members of my family, for what was ultimately my grandfather's death and a very traumatic experience. While waiting in the hospital with my grandfather, I called your hotel to make two additional reservations for family members who would be coming into town later that day.
