No ice dispensers is weak - 1 night stay so didnt think of looking in freezer. Asked for sheet/list of local restaurants/bars & got a bunch of pizza menus. Counter check in was very friendly

Reasonable and convenient I've stayed here on two occasions and been very satisfied. The hotel is quiet and is located in a good location which offers easy access to I96 and the northern suburbs. Lots of restaurants and other shopping are located nearby by car. The staff is friendly. Rooms are comfortable with full kitchens.

Never going to book this hotel again We booked this hotel for Monday night because they supposedly accept pets. We got there late night. It was very cold night, windy and rainy. We had driven all day and ready to get some rest. When we wanted to check in we were rudely told that they have no pet rooms and why we didn't call. We were totally perplexed. Expensive and Unfriendly Check in was very unfriendly. I had to reserve the room at the last minute and the front desk attendant was displeased that I hadn't indicated I had my dog with me (I don't even know how to do that through the app). I was charged an extra $25 per night because I had my dog, making the room price well out of my budget. The room itself smelled bad, the floor was sticky, the fridge exterior dirty, no ice in freezer (and none available in the common area).
