Ratings should be higher Ive stayed at local hotels that were far worse! This hotel the ESA was very nice, clean, no bugs flying around, bed was so comfortable it was hard getting out of it. Only thing was I needed a second chair for my guest, because it didn't have a sofa, but other than that, I really enjoyed my stay!

funeral did not have any shampoo/conditioners or a hair dryer in the room. these are basic, standard things that should be in each room for guests to use without having to ask for it. i booked 6 rooms and the rooms were not ready when we checked in at 3:30pm, check-in time was at 3pm. carpets are old and stained. needs a make over badly.
I would stay again. I was greeted by staff in a very friendly manner, our room was clean and didn't smell like anything funky, the coffee in the morning was surprisingly very good! I would stay here again.
Would stay here again - great price For the price, it was fine. I was leary after reading some of the comments, but the hotel room was clean, friendly desk clerks. Breakfast was meh...but that's not a big deal.
Pleasently surprised There were some sketchy reviews for this hotel but they'd taken a turn for thr good in the past six months. My husband and i were in the area looking at cars and needed somewhere to stay last minute. I tool a chance on this hotel and it worked out great. The location was perfect, the staff was very friendly, the hotel is obviously an older building, but the room was clean and i was quite comfortable there. Its not the Ritz, but for the money, I'd stay there again.
