Crash Place when in town for UNC football! Just 1 night and close to UNC, food/drinks...staff very friendly/helpful! Room was clean, nice tv but other 'guests' were up all night out front being very loud!

Extended Stay - pleasing but need improvements Hotel overall was fine. We stayed between 9th May till 13 May 2013 at Tower Blvd hotel. Reception staff was pleasing and supporting. We faced two issues and hope hotel takes care of these (a) The shuttle to university was abruptly cancelled for the graduaiton day week end. (b) We requested for the room refreshment and paid charges for it. But the staff did not make up bed, which was the main reason for us to request for refresh. Ok Room The Experience of our stay was ok. Paid for 2 nights, got back to room after very long day on 2 night and my key would not work. Had to go all the way back to the office to get my key card redone. After a long day that's the last thing you want to deal with.

Adequate for Business Travel Room was clean and comfortable. Coffee, tea and cooking facilities were available. Bed was comfortable and area quiet. Wide screen LED TV with many channels available. some issues were: telephone was dead, WiFi supposedly available free, but I could not connect and was charged $3.00 anyway. No ice available until empty trays frozen, which took about 5 hours. Free breakfast was quite meager. Not all it claims to be The room itself, was overall pretty good. It was clean and welcoming. They did not have very many cable channels which got to be annoying especially when working from home. They also did not have a business center which they claimed to have so I had to do all my printing at Kinkos down the street. If you plan to stay for a week buy yourself some dish soap because they do not supply any in the suites. Pleasantly Surprised! After reading previous reviews, I was expecting very little. I was pleased with the service and willingness of the staff to repair a broken shower rod. The room was clean and comfortable and the free WiFi worked great. I would definitely stay there again

Extended Stay near University This is not a family place, it was loud and you could hear verbal yelling and slamming doors throughout the night. We did not get room service for any of the three days we were there, and when we requested an extra blanket we were told that they couldn't find one. We expected to have more kitchen utensils than what was provided...a good option would've been a can opener or a spatula! Recommended for a single man whos a heavy sleeper away on business who eats out!

Decent for an inexpensive place Actually my room was clean, but the first two rooms they assigned me too were not. It seemed to be a housekeeping problem because they had been marked as clean by the staff but were not. Or maybe it's a management problem because someone needs to check to make sure they really are clean? The desk clerks were very pleasant and apologetic. The location was safe and quiet. I would consider staying here again but it wouldn't be my first choice.
