Nice employees Not the best location and not an a list hotel, but the employees were very nice and the room was in good clean condition.

Very clean and comfortable room! I was impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of the room. I only stayed one night, but I could see being comfortable for a week. The kitchen was nicely set up. The customer service was not the best I ever had, but I didn't check in until midnight and we were all tired.Close to a few restaurants and easy to navigate back into downtown Durham. Overall - for the $, I would recommend this hotel!

"Unbeatable location for the price" I was working at both UNC and Duke. This location was handy to both. It's also located within blocks of both grocery stores and good restaurants. The room was reasonably clean and comfortable, although the Hallways and elevator was a little dirty and dumpy.

This hotel was fine and had just what I needed for the price. A bit far away but then again I booked it for graduation weekend at UNC and it was the only thing within my budget.

I would stay there again. Wasn't the best Extended Stay I have been in but it was good and staff was friendly. clean linens and towels.

Great Stay-Affordable Price I needed to connect with a potential business associate and my husband came along so we could have a break from the everyday. The hotel is within walking distance of a shopping plaza with a restaurant or driving distance of grocery type stores if you want to cook your own meal. The area is quiet and well lit. The front desk personnel are friendly and informative. Even better, the price is great!
