Great price Property is old and definitely needs work. Room, however, was clean and stay was pleasant. Would go there again.

Smokey smell unavoidable Our (non-smoking room) smelled very smokey. We had to switch rooms twice, and this only temporarily solved the problem. The main issue was that the air-conditioning in take vents were on the balcony, and guests frequently smoked there, causing the air-conditioning pump smoke in the room. Also our sheets had a dubious stain - luckily we had our own sheets we could use.

Convenient to Duke, UNC Practically across the street from Duke Medical Center. Straight line to either university campus. Great for parents visiting students.

I would stay again! Friendly staff, good location to Duke University, I felt safe there, the room had a kitchen. The right room for the right price.

Nothing fancy, but acceptable................................. The motel was fairly clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but okay for a one or two night stay. Location was good, right near the main highway, and there were several fast -food places very near by. Pretty good value for a low price....................................................

smoky Room smelled smoky. Bug in bathroom. Would likely choose another hotel next time.
