It was a perfectly acceptable level of cleanliness, safety and convenience for the price (one of the lowest in the area). I did not (and no one should) expect more than that.

I didn't like that front desk clerk said my room number of out loud for all to hear. I asked to assign me another room. She said she didn't know how to explain where room was located without saying room number. She didn't say where elevators, laundry, wifi login, nothing. Very poor customer service.

Get a top floor room! Upstairs neighbor was terribly loud all night long. Literally all night for 2 nights.

Hotel from hell Was Not very satisfied, carpet were very soiled and had gum, crayon spots, very unsightly. Shower rod broken curtains not hanging well unhooked awful smells when turned heat on. Very unsightly elevator nasty walkway to room ect..called for wash cloths twice front desk clerk hung up each time, never got them, used dish towel for washcolth
