Paid for a smoking room but when I get there to check in there were no rooms available and I had to settle for a 1st floor room
Hotel from hell Was Not very satisfied, carpet were very soiled and had gum, crayon spots, very unsightly. Shower rod broken curtains not hanging well unhooked awful smells when turned heat on. Very unsightly elevator nasty walkway to room ect..called for wash cloths twice front desk clerk hung up each time, never got them, used dish towel for washcolth
