Wasn’t bad for the price
Better places for the price in El Paso While I didn’t have any bad experiences here, I have stayed at better places for this price point in El Paso. The room was on the low end of average. I didn’t like the blankets on the bed. Waiting at the front desk to check in takes awhile. No breakfast or coffee area. They need more staff. I recommend Palace Inn instead of this place.

Poor service I booked ahead and they told me if i wasnt here by 11:59 they had to cancel my stay or they would just charge the room. I called to let them know what time id arrive and they said they couldnt help me. Now i have no room. How embarrassing is that? Scare in the middle of no where. Thanks for the help
