Missed the mark I liked the cleanliness, location, and friendly staff. However, service was very slow and I had multiple problems with the key card malfunctioning, including a day where it malfunctioned at 11:00 at night. It took 35 minutes to reach someone to get in. At check in, I had to wait a good 30 minutes in line because the person at the lobby was new, and a second person didn't show up to help until midway through my check-in. The room was smokey. The odor was even in the hallways. The room was spartan and drab. I left after the first night and booked my stay elsewhere.

A place to stay No problems with our stay. The only thing I would have liked was a better explanation of the linen swap service and how to schedule a room cleaning.

Bed sheets, pillow, and pillow case was extremely dirty. Reserved a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking floor and room. The whole floor reeked of cigarette smoke. It was a terrible stay!!

Check in after hours was difficult. I called the extension for probably 20’ Minutes and no one answered, I finally had to call the main reservation number. The place is cleans and nice though

I did not get to check in and will be going for a refund their offer hours check in they didn’t answer called 5 times no one answered had to find another hotel
