They should tell you up front that they have limited supplies. When I checked in I saw they had no wash cloths in the room and the towels were dirty. I asked at the front desk and was told they had no wash cloths at this time. but they did give me towels. Bottom line you get what you pay for. I did like the price and no one comes in your room to clean until you check out.

I went after hours to check in and it was closed. Dialed 500, the after hour number from the phone there and no answer. I was not able to check in at all

Night clerk was great. Day clerk was rude. Room was dirty to include dried up soap and hair all over bathroom

zero services this is an extremely low budge extended stay hotel nothing in the room, small fridge and kitchen, but no dishes silverware, coffee pot or anything!! no one at service desk after 6 or before 8.

Worse customer services and has smoke section. Worse customer service, they are always fighting with all customers. I have had a reservation on the first floor and never honored the reservation. This hotel has a smoker area, the customer representatives have sending all the customers to this section saying the hotel is full and some times is not true. The bad thing some customers are smoking weed and the smokers section smell so strong. I reported but the customer services never solved that.
