The room was very dirty....sheets on the bed was strained appeared to be from last guest. Hair all the bathroom, tables dirty, room has a kitchen with no pots/pans, cabinet was empty! Terrible experience! I had to clean the room myself just so I could take a shower n use the bathroom! Horrible experience in Electrical paso first time there (hotel) n my very last. I feel like I'm due a refund! Young man at the front desk was excellent n tried to commodate my request.... poor management of property!!!! Wood Spring so sorry

One package includes linen exchange, another provides more frequent housekeeping, etc. By allowing guests to choose and only pay for the amenities they desire, we are able to keep our rates affordable.
