No service desk representative I made a reservation on hotels.com. I showed up before 9 pm. No one was at the front desk. There was a phone that said, dial 0 for after hours check in. I dialed 0. A person picked up and said, "let me call the front desk." Nothing was unique. I dislike I book this through Expedia . When I get to the property the front desk lady told me they don’t service to “local” people and they don’t book rooms unless it is 3 days or more of booking.

Room looked nothing like the website stated. Beds were unmade and room wasn't cleaned upon check in. Switched to a different room and requested a refund but was denied. Overall terrible experience.
