HIGHLY PLEASED; I AM A LEO...ENOUGH SAID. LOVED IT MY LOVELY HUSBAND & I USUALLY STAY @ THE COURTYAR MARRIOT, IN WHICH WE WHERE DISPLEASED WITH THE VERY LAST STAY (2012 SINCE..) Quick Review Had a school/conference in the area. Booked hotel for good rate. Check in was easy. Great room for traveling single female; on end of hall so no neighbors to speak of. Room was clean but smelled of old smoke; always a problem in hotels. Nonsmoking rooms being used by smokers!! Outside of the smell, the room was nice enough; having a full size refrigerator is great. The grab and go breakfast muffins and coffee in the office is a plus.

End of our beach vacation Fayetteville has some cheap hotels which seem to translate into no-tels...no telling what kind of scum you'll find. We decided to pay an extra $15 for this place, and we were very happy that we did. It was very clean! Quiet! Close to where we needed to be the next day, with a food lion and starbucks nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel and location for both families concerned with cleanliness and for folks looking for a quiet space on business.
Nice Stay Clean, Fresh, Comfortable -great staff- Wish they would have had a public computer-- and pool .. but can't have everything -close to fast food- decent parking- - would stay there again-

I was not pleased that smokers are allowed to smoke in the walking area and when I opened my door, the smoke smell got in. Smokers should have to smoke away from the building.

Nice hotel with professional staff My visit to this hotel was perfect. Hotel staff was professional and courteous and the hotel was conveniently located for business in Fayetteville.

Location is pretty good and next to a Starbucks with other fast food and a bank. Requested a non-smoking room and this room had obviously been smoked in. The "grab and go" breakfast is coffee and packaged muffins, not even juice or little boxes of cereal so its a good thing Starbucks is next door.
