This place should never be an option I never even stayed because they over book and did not even have a room for me . So I want my money back. Secondly the manager was very unprofessional, rude and extremely unhelpful. Honestly, hotels shouldn’t even have them as a listing on their website. Hotel.com customer still has not resolved the issue. Me and my family couldn’t find another hotel so we had to sleep in the rental car we got from the airport at a save spot at a local gas station. This was the worse experience ever

I had problems getting a clean room the First room asigned the bed was not made, the second room the trash was not remover and the 3 room was clean but the carpet was dirty. At around 10:45pm two ladies had a door key to my room and open the door of my room and started to scream and saying that I was in their room. I told them to go to the Office and report it. The Two ladies them left the property.

Wont get my money again Hitel did not look like pictures at all. Room was not up to standards. Tubs had stains, kitchen nasty, lights barley work,water wouldnt get hot. Bad area,door locks wouldnt work had to switch rooms

Beat up broke down room—someone stole the microwave out of it, the fridge & feeezer were badly dented, they’d included towels for one person despite the booking being for three adults w/pets, and after opening the room initially the keys NEVER worked over a three day stay no matter how many times I went to the front desk to get new keys. Won’t repeat.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Room had roaches and the toilet was leaky. There was also not enough towels and wash-cloths. Definitely was not worth the money.

I was upset that Expedia would even offer such a place. I felt my money was wasted. 1) saw cockroaches in the room, 2) saw mold in the bathroom ceiling, 3) had booked king size but got queen size bed, 4) no coffee maker, 5) dirt and sand everywhere on carpet and other floor (and it got onto the bed), 6) broken shower, 7) slippery bathtub, 8) broken shelf, 9) broken light, 10) poor lighting, 11) microwave door not opening properly, 12) gave two washcloths and two bath towels and no hand towels.
