Central location right off the freeway. This is a bare bones hotel. The bed was very comfortable, but furnishing were sparce -- not a lot of personality in the decor. But it was very quiet, especially after we requested a new room on the NON-freeway side of the hotel. Not once during our 5 day stay did we have any issues with noise. Kitchen was adequate. Good location. Good price. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly . Right off the freeway and lots of places to eat close by.

We were not told that we would not have maid service each day nor clean towels. They breakfast items (snacks) didn't include milk or orange juice. We stayed at a extended stay in Mississippi before and loved it!. It definitely does not compare to this one in Springdale.

Close to Razorback game When I parked in the lot there were some light poles that bulbs needed to be replaced making it too dark. Also there were four men sitting on the concrete drinking beer and they had a twelve pack, drinking and smoking making my girlfriend nervous.

Look elsewhere for short stay!!! I booked this because of price for a 2-night stay. That was my mistake. Should have gone to another hotel/motel for the short stay. If one is needing extended stay, then the kitchen/room set up is fine. NO dishes, silverware, cookware, or glasses provided. Towels are worn. Bed firm. Request top floor because if you have a heavy-footed Neanderthal above you stomping around then you will hear ALL movements and sounds from said Neanderthal. No baggage cart, construction in progress, accessibility to check in is poor concern for changing color of exterior could be better spent on things like a canopy at front door, and automatic doors to enter foyer instead of having to try to hold door open with both hands holding luggage ( because there is no luggage cart)

got what I pAid for I felt the room was worth the money I.paid for. Too close to the interstate so.didn't get much sleep and had to be up early.

Trip with Maxwell We were in town for my father in law's surgery. The hotel was nice and close to the hospital. We travel with our Yorkie and he loved the stay! The hotel was quiet, this was a surprise to me with pets allowed. Thank you for a nice visit.
