Wonderful Great staff. Very helpful and accommodating. I left a wake up call for 7 a.m. and they were probably calling me I also have some problems with my television set which they switched it out immediately

Good stay and quite hotel and have a great stay. I would stay there again but think prices need to drop a little

Okay The service at front desk was good enough so take that as you wish. The cleanliness could be rated the same. The condition of the hotel needs improvement. Repairs and maintenance required.

Pleased overall Pros: room was comfortable and spacious, great value for the price, kitchen area was nice. Cons: "marks" left in the toilet from previous guest. Nothing a flush didn't take care of but not pleasant to walk in to. Hairs found between the sheets (not sure if bedding wasn't changed or if the hair belonged to the staff member that changed it). Would recommend hats or hair nets for staff members when doing this task. It grossed me out to think the bedding may not have been changed. Rated the hotel condition a 4 b... read more

Had to pay $100 on top of nightly rental without knowing in advanced then hotel staff was not in yet to refund my $100 when checking out at 7:30. I had to return to get my refund.
