Business Trip Rooms were clean and comfortable. WiFi was out and so was cable, that was the only complaint. I feel a refund should have been given on a portion of the room cost due to that.

Weekend trip for Razorbacks game The room and service was very good. I had the room for the weekend for a Razorback football game.

Central location right off the freeway. This is a bare bones hotel. The bed was very comfortable, but furnishing were sparce -- not a lot of personality in the decor. But it was very quiet, especially after we requested a new room on the NON-freeway side of the hotel. Not once during our 5 day stay did we have any issues with noise. Kitchen was adequate. Good location. Good price. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly . Right off the freeway and lots of places to eat close by.

We were not told that we would not have maid service each day nor clean towels. They breakfast items (snacks) didn't include milk or orange juice. We stayed at a extended stay in Mississippi before and loved it!. It definitely does not compare to this one in Springdale.
