I was very pleased with the room It was kind of hard to fine. If we had a GPS we would not have found it. Took a lot of bad turns even with GPS.

Bed was very hard; recliner was worn; halls smoke-filled. We are not likely to stay here again- nor are we likely to recommend the hotel.

Mattresses The bed in my room was absolutely terrible. It was very hard. I had to fold up my blanket, sheet, and comforter together along with three towels and try to be able to sleep. That didn't work very well. I was at a craft show as a vendor in the area, and having very little sleep each night was not the best. The desk clerk tells me that they are getting pillow top mattresses soon. They need them right away!!!!!!! Why doesn't the hotel supply dish soap to wash the dishes that we use?

Decent inexpensive night Room was mainly clean...only thing was something sticky on shower curtain that kept it from closing fully. There was also no dish washing liquid to clean your dishes Staff were pleasant.

Good service, but poor housekeeping. The room was clean and comfortable. I was very dissapointed with the surroundings inside the hotel like halls, stairs, and parking back door entrance. The rugs on the hall had awful stains, sign of very poor maintenance. The stairs area had two trash cans completely full and the people kept throwing the garbage on the floor around the trash can. This was all the complete weekend and it was so stinky that I had to hold my breath until I got to the car. My experience is that it will be a ni... read more

A Great Stay The check in was quick and efficient, the clerk was polite and helpful. My room was on the first floor and close to the front door. Getting in and out was easy, the room was clean and neat. I went to the front desk looking for an ice machine and was told there were none on the property. Then I realized there was a refrigerator in the room and the ice trays were filled and frozen. Awesome. I had a good nights rest.

Extended Stay - Springdale, AR I have stayed here on 2-3 day business trips on three different occasions. During each stay, the service, courtesy, and friendliness of the front desk was absolutely awesome!
