Well-worth it! The hotel staff were very friendly. I got my room with no problem. I stayed here the night before I ran in the Hogeye Marathon in Fayetteville. They were so accomidating that they allowed me to have a late check-out, so after the run I had enough time to shower, and take a little nap before traveling home. I will DEFINATELY stay here again!

Great Stay for a Quick Meet and Greet Came to Springdale for legal situation and found that our stay at the hotel was effortless and frill free. Only complaint was the non working phone, but staff did their best to rectify (bring your cell). Close to everything important, the price was definately right and non-smoking room actually was a smoke free room. Way to go for a quick stay in a small town.

Great Value for the Money I've spent a lot more money on less quality in a motel room. This place was great! We plan to seek these motels out in the future when travelling.

Great Place to Stay for Price Hotel was VERY clean and roomy! Staff was friendly and helpful. Located in a great neighborhood, close to the highway, food and shopping. Price was extremely reasonable too. Would stay again!
