Can't wait to go back I absolutely enjoyed my stay. It was obvious there was some work going on at the hotel. It appeared they were in the process of making some upgrades. The room was a nice studio apartment. It is definitely the place to go if you have kids or plan to stay longer than one night. My husband and I are already planning our next trip to take the kids.

Extended Stay America Springdale AR I have to say I wasn't expecting much but I was very surprised at everything about this property, for the rate I paid, oh my god what a deal...I visited 7 states and this was one of the most if not the most impressive places in terms of quality and value for the money. High high quality for the value. Right by the freeway but I never heard the traffic. Most Impressed Truly blown away with the quality of service and quality of our room. The room was spacious, clean and everything worked perfectly. The appliances were wonderful and helped to save us some money on our austere budget for this trip. The hotel is well located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the interstate. Lots of restaurants and things to do within a very short drive. I recommend this property without hesitation and can't wait to return!

Nice and adaquate for the money was just looking for a place to stay for 5 nights, didin't need swinning pool or conference rooms or fancy restaurants, this place was entirely adaquate.. did have some signs of previous repair that was not finished but that did not effect function, plenty of hot water and kitched/fridge was execellent. nice place for the price, all I needed was a place to sleep!

No frills fits the bill This was certainly a no frills hotel. The room was clean and quiet, but plain. The hallway and the stairwells were dirty. Trash cans outside were overflowing. It was right on the highway. The neighborhood around the hotel was an odd combination of residential and office park. However, we needed a cheap place to stay for one night, and this place fit the bill.
