No Room at the Inn We arrived to find that just because we had a reservation didnt necessarily mean that they reserved a room for us. They were all full and the only room available for us was a smoking room. I was not happy-----I thought the purpose for a reservation was to reserve a room for us. They didn't even apologize. The room was clean but reaked of smoke....Even the sheets and bedding smelled like smoke. In the morning I got up to make coffee because there was a coffee maker in the room for us, but no coffee. Great location I highly recommend this hotel the staff was great and the room was everything you expect from a good hotel. I really like the the fact that there was a recliner in the room. I will stay there again , I can't imagine a better room any where for the price.

Well-worth it! The hotel staff were very friendly. I got my room with no problem. I stayed here the night before I ran in the Hogeye Marathon in Fayetteville. They were so accomidating that they allowed me to have a late check-out, so after the run I had enough time to shower, and take a little nap before traveling home. I will DEFINATELY stay here again!

Great Stay for a Quick Meet and Greet Came to Springdale for legal situation and found that our stay at the hotel was effortless and frill free. Only complaint was the non working phone, but staff did their best to rectify (bring your cell). Close to everything important, the price was definately right and non-smoking room actually was a smoke free room. Way to go for a quick stay in a small town.
