Good service, but poor housekeeping. The room was clean and comfortable. I was very dissapointed with the surroundings inside the hotel like halls, stairs, and parking back door entrance. The rugs on the hall had awful stains, sign of very poor maintenance. The stairs area had two trash cans completely full and the people kept throwing the garbage on the floor around the trash can. A Great Stay The check in was quick and efficient, the clerk was polite and helpful. My room was on the first floor and close to the front door. Getting in and out was easy, the room was clean and neat. I went to the front desk looking for an ice machine and was told there were none on the property. Then I realized there was a refrigerator in the room and the ice trays were filled and frozen. Awesome. I had a good nights rest.
Extended Stay - Springdale, AR I have stayed here on 2-3 day business trips on three different occasions. During each stay, the service, courtesy, and friendliness of the front desk was absolutely awesome!
It's good to be able to cook my own food Our stay in Springdale was much easier and cheaper because we could cook our own food instead of going out to eat all the time. It's not my home kitchen but it will do. We will stay there again when we go for a couple of days.
only thing where they put me at. the room i got it was next to the inertsate. for the motorcycles going down it and up it all night long it was so loud and for as the cars and trucks was loud to. the 18 whelers was loud too and if they put me on the other side it wasnt be loud at all. if i stay there next year i want yell put me on the other side. if yell cant i wont stay there again and i try yell agian next year and if yell put me on the other side. i never stay there again
