great location, close to airport, restaurants Last minute reservation via Expedia, clerk was very quick, asked me to look at room prior to renting, gave me the option to have another room later in day, excellent service
Bare Bones This is an inexpensive and VERY basic hotel. Room smelled of smoke. Bed was basic, nothing extra, not even a relaxing chair. But that is what I paid for.
Excellent staff, clean hotel and convenient location. I'm very pleased and will be back.
Friendly, helpful staff. Super clean, fresh smelling hallways and non-smoking room.
THEY WERE CLEAN AND VERY HELPFUL
Alright stay. Upset that they double charged me for the same room and when I told them about it , it was like a cat and mouse game. No one calls back!
Noisy Very loud with all the local residents and kids
The Degree or Degradation of Service. Check in time was 3pm, I arrived at 5pm. I had reserved two rooms. Upon checking in, I was advised that one of the rooms was not ready (the bed wasn't made). The manager assigned me a different room. After examining the room (ADA) I had reserved for my elderly sister and I, it was noticed that it did not have the two beds that I had requested.
